Hey, I'm David Taylor, a Realtor with REAL Broker. I started 10KListing.com because I wanted to offer high-quality real estate services at a great price. 

Home prices are going up - I don't think the cost to sell your home should. 

There are 3 main costs when you sell your home. The Listing Fee, The Buyer's Agent Fee, and a bunch of things that get grouped such as Taxes, Transfer Fee, Owner's Policy, Utilities etc. 

Previously, when I explained these costs to homeowners I usually talked in percentages. 

• My List Fee was 4% (now $10,000!)
• Additionally, we offer the Buyer's Agent 2.5% 
• And the other things usually range between 3-4%

Totaling roughly 10% of the sales price of the home. It usually was lower than 10% but this is a good number for easy math and clear understanding.
